This afternoon Danielle asked me to go to the garden and get some cilantro to toss into the dinner mix. I grabbed a few things and when they were on the cutting board about to be diced into oblivion, I thought it looked pretty cool.
So we've got some spinach on the top left, basil leaves bottom left, the cilantro on the right, and those sprigs are coriander -which we didn't know was the name for the seeds of the cilantro. We just thought we discovered some great aspect of cilantro and had been calling them flavor balls. Which made us giggle.

I love eating meats and sauces that are cilantro flavored. It is my most favorite herb.
Your funny about the coriander... (flavored balls) haha.
I love fresh herbs. Not that much of a fan of cilantro, only in Mexican food for me. It's a very strong flavored herb. I'm a huge fan of basil and thyme. ~Kara
I just learned the coriander thing 2 days ago while watching a cooking show.
Judy, Len and I didn't know that either!...I guess you learn something new everyday!.....c.
Hi John,
You asked about our couch -- We bought it at a place called Bob's Discount Furniture with our George W. Bush stimulus check. Nick and Shaina bought it first, and we loved it so much we copied them.
