A great Weekend

Friday, the Nelsons arrived for the weekend and attended a cross-country meet in which Taylor Preist kicked some cross country butt!! We later reuited at our little farmhouse to share some KFC.Saturday: We relaxed at the house and went to the park with the kiddos and pups. Then John and I ditched the kids, babysitting courtesy of Mom and Dad Nelson, and went out on a date. We saw the movie 9, which was very good, and ate at PF Changs. We had the Ahi Tuna, sides of spinach and asparagus, and the veggie lettuce wraps, all very good. I also enjoyed an Asian Pear Mojito and John got a Bistro Ginger Beer (Ichiban Japanese beer, paired with a shot of Elixir G [Ginger liquer]... highly recommended). We came home and hung out for a bit, then we put the kids to bed and were off to bag up some donated Panera bread for distribution at Sunday morning's church service. Sunday: Church @ 11:30. I was in the nursery with the babes, and my parents, the nelsons and the preists were in the service with John and Bear. They all came down to attend the following church picnic, where Bear was to be BAPTISED!!! We were vary proud of Bear to make such a mature and sincere discision so early in life. He has always been a God-loving boy!!!! He was baptised about 4pm, and then we rushed home to change and go to Bear's football game.

Sunday 5pm: Bear's football game
Friday: The Nelsons arrive for the weekend, bearing gifts.
Here is Juneau on his new b-day pony.
