Surveillance Will Expand To Midtown, Mayor Says (...using System Designed by John Nelson)
That's right people... NYPD plans went live!!! John Nelson, at IDV Solutions, has designed their new surveillance system!!! We were watching local news last night and saw the system live on TV, maps and all!!!! Now, today on The Drudge Report and elsewhere, the surveillance system is given national press!!

It is pretty true. We've been working on this counter terrorism thing for the NYPD for around 2 years and it was all secrety secrety. Even the location of the command center was a secret.
We aren't allowed to talk about it other than what they talked about. But since they had a press conference, the stuff they covered is public. It was crazy, we were watching the news last night and they introduced it in a way that I thought maybe it was about what we have been doing. And I was like, "Danielle, Danielle, we might see our stuff..." and then bang a big story where they are talking all about it. I was surprised.
