I'm IN!

So I applied to get into the PHD program at MSU and through some lapse in judgment or a clerical error, I got in. I'll start in the fall and will work reduced hours at my job. Should take 5ish years. Yikes! That means Bear would be 14, Willow 8, and Juneau 6. Wow. It would be the exact amount of time over again that we've lived in this house.

Johnny goes to NYC

Texts recieved on while Johnny was on his way home:

#1- "Merideth Viera on plane with me.
I'm almost famous"

#2- "I just sang to merideth at baggage claim.
She was very polite about it."

So, here's the Meridith Viera story.
She was on the same plane a johnny
on the way home and they saw her again
at baggage claim. John could not resist
singing to her when she was walking toward
him. He sang..."Meredith Viera...what
a treat!!" She got a huge smile and thanked
 him, and then went out of her way to say
good bye on the way out!!  Too fun!!

New Swingset!!!

I went out for some garbage bags and came back with a swingset.
(They only had one left!!! I couldn't pass it up!!)

We are going swinging after breakfast tomorrow!!
