Well it's about time. Dan, Carol, and Amya Shaw, who recently moved to the Pacific Northwest have started their blog.

Important things to remember as you interact with Carol and Dan:

• Don't comment on their posts too early in the afternoon because you don't want to wake them up. They are living three hours in the past in Pacific Time.

• If you really want to help, call them about late breaking stock market information. They can make the appropriate arrangements and make a killing. Remember, they are living three hours in the past, in Pacific Time.

• If you want to call them and ruin the endings of things like the Super Bowl or Lost because they are living three hours in the past, don't bother. They don't care for Lost and they aren't into sports.

Here is a picture emailed to me a couple days ago from Mt. Hood local law enforcement. They wanted me to ID some "perps." Apparently, Dan and Carol parked their car this way in the middle of the road for this great picture but car after car swerved violently to the right to avoid a collision, careening of the ledge and rolling down several thousand feet before coming to a fiery rest at the base.
