I've got a nose like a bloodhound

So, one of the effects of pregnancy is super scent detection. I now am able to smell things i could never smell before. So far it has caused me to shampoo the carpets with white vinegar, and soon must shampoo with better smelling soap, because i can still smell the vinegar. i hunted down an old sandwich in Bear's lunch box, stuffed in the pantry. Goldfish crackers can sometimes have a strong, offensive odor...who knew. The dog got a bath. I could smell the bacon john cooked days later, and could detect a hint of maple syrup smell.... when i told john he confirmed it was maple syrup flavored bacon. The pesto pasta i thought would be tasty was overwhelming, and i couldn't do it. This results in many half eaten snacks laying around the house. This is all so strange...
Oh yeah, got an ultrasound the other day to determine the due date. So far so good, there is one healthy baby cooking, 10wks and 6days along. Courtesy of info Carol shared with us via email, there is now a baby countdown widget on the right side of the screen....scroll down....a little further....there. There it is. Still got some time. The ultrasound was pretty cute, not quite as developed as that picture though, the head is proportionally larger in reality.

I love that blog! You could submit that paragraph in a pregnancy magazine..it was hillarious! Without having to do the math...when is the due date?
